Winbot33 Terms & Conditions

01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Winbot33 ("Winbot33", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Winbot33 online gaming platform accessible at https://winbot33.cam and all associated services, features, content, and applications therein.

By creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game, bet, or promotional activity on the Winbot33 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Winbot33 platform.

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Winbot33 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a Player may withdraw funds or access certain account features.
• "Platform" means the Winbot33 website, mobile site, and any associated applications through which the services are delivered.
• "Services" means all games, betting markets, payment processing facilities, customer support, and promotional activities offered by Winbot33.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it and any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Working Days" means Monday to Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays.

03 Account Eligibility & Registration

To register an account with Winbot33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account's existence:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Winbot33 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or engage in gambling activities on the platform under any circumstances.
2. You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities may not register player accounts.
3. You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order issued by Winbot33 or any other gaming operator.
4. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Any deliberate misrepresentation constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
5. You are permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the Winbot33 platform. Multiple accounts per individual — regardless of the device, payment method, or name used — are strictly prohibited.
6. You must ensure that gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. Winbot33 does not provide legal advice and accepts no liability for your compliance with local laws.

Winbot33 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

04 Account Verification (KYC)

All Players are required to complete identity verification ("KYC") before processing their first withdrawal. In certain circumstances, Winbot33 may request KYC documentation at any point during the lifecycle of your account, including following unusual account activity or in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

Accepted KYC documents include:

• Identity: Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad) or valid passport.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months, showing your registered address in Malaysia.
• Payment Method Verification: Screenshots or statements confirming ownership of the e-wallet or bank account used for deposits (e.g., Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost).

Documents must be legible, unaltered, and submitted in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format. Winbot33 will process KYC submissions within 24–48 hours on Working Days. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be placed on hold until verification is approved.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

Winbot33 supports a range of Malaysian-friendly payment methods to facilitate deposits and withdrawals. Supported methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow Transfer, FPX Online Banking (Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT.

Deposits:

• The minimum single deposit amount is RM50.
• Deposits made via e-wallets and FPX are credited to your account balance instantly.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following a minimum of one (1) blockchain confirmation.
• Winbot33 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is RM50.
• Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval.
• Withdrawals to Malaysian bank accounts via FPX may take 1–3 hours during business hours.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times, typically 1–2 confirmations.
• Withdrawal methods must match the Player's deposit methods. Winbot33 reserves the right to require withdrawal via the same channel through which a deposit was made.
• All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory KYC verification and confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Winbot33 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawals exceeding RM10,000 within a single transaction.

06 Bonus Terms & Promotions

Winbot33 offers a range of bonus promotions including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, VIP cashback, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing. Winbot33 reserves the right to exclude specific players from bonus eligibility without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any given time unless the promotion explicitly permits multiple concurrent bonuses.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated in the specific promotion. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Standard welcome bonus wagering ranges from 10x to 35x the bonus amount.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted single bet is RM250, unless the specific promotion states a different limit. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus play may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette typically contribute 10–20%. The full game contribution table is available on request.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and any associated winnings that have not been used within the specified expiry period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of claiming) will be forfeited.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse bonus offers, including but not limited to multi-accounting, coordinated wagering patterns, or exploiting software vulnerabilities, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Unless stated otherwise, the maximum withdrawal from bonus-derived winnings is capped as specified in each individual promotion.

Winbot33 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding bonus eligibility or promotion terms, the decision of Winbot33 management shall be final.

07 Rules of Play

All games and betting markets offered on the Winbot33 platform are governed by specific game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general rules of play apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Winbot33 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed wagers except in the event of a documented technical error attributable to Winbot33.
• Results generated by Winbot33's certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or by live dealer feeds are final and binding. Complaints relating to individual game outcomes must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant gaming session.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during play, Winbot33 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager amount to the Player's balance.
• Winbot33 offers live dealer games streamed in real time from professional studios. Live dealer results are recorded and may be reviewed in the event of a dispute.
• Sportsbook bets are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and event, which are displayed within the betting interface. Winbot33 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by force majeure, administrative errors, or clearly incorrect odds.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Winbot33 platform. Violation of any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account or payment details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players, including in live dealer games or poker formats.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from an identified software error are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting specifically designed to abuse bonus terms or guaranteed profit strategies that circumvent the intent of promotions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Winbot33 staff or other players via any communication channel.

09 Responsible Gambling

Winbot33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe environment for all players. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable entertainment activity, not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all Winbot33 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on net losses over a defined period. These limits take effect immediately and cannot be removed until the specified period has elapsed.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Players may opt in to receive periodic notifications of their session duration and net win/loss position.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off: Players may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Winbot33 platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade dress, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of Winbot33 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or source code used in the platform.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform.
• Use the Winbot33 name, logo, or brand elements for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Winbot33 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or financial losses.

Winbot33's total aggregate liability to a Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Winbot33 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the platform at their own risk. Winbot33 is not responsible for the reliability of third-party internet connections, device compatibility issues, or any financial losses resulting from technical failures outside of Winbot33's direct control.

12 Amendments to These Terms

Winbot33 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Winbot33 will provide reasonable notice to Players through one or more of the following channels: in-platform notification, registered email address, or a prominent notice on the platform homepage.

Continued use of the Winbot33 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with the closure procedures described herein.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Archived versions of previous Terms are available upon written request to our customer support team.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of contract and gaming law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Winbot33 platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through Winbot33's internal complaints procedure.

To initiate a formal complaint, Players must submit their complaint in writing via the email address listed in Section 14 below, providing full details of the dispute and the relief sought. Winbot33 undertakes to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 10 Working Days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures, Winbot33 agrees to submit the dispute to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitral body. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitral body determines otherwise.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent Winbot33 from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or to prevent irreparable harm.
